As far back as my memory goes, I have felt a need to love my life and to just love. As an independent young adult, hungry for life and thirsty for freedom, I sought fulfillment in a range of experiences—often with painful consequences. One day, a friend was telling me about Maharaji and Knowledge, and at a certain point—a moment I vividly remember—I felt that this was what I had been looking for. When I received Knowledge, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I had received everything I needed. That certainty has never abandoned me.

Many years have passed, and Maharaji has been teaching me what I like to call the "Inner Game of Living." This is my adventure, my chance, and it continues to unfold. I'm getting older now, but somehow I still feel so young inside—like the child I once was. Every day I can trust, rejoice, and feel grateful for this life.

I was twenty-five years old when a friend told me about Maharaji, who was coming to Switzerland to speak. When I went to hear him, what he said immediately made sense to me. In time, I knew that I wanted what he was offering and soon received the techniques of Knowledge.

Right from the beginning, I have been able to help out with making his message known to other people. The result is a feeling of freedom, of inner calmness, and of fulfillment. I like it.

When I listen to Maharaji, something very deep within me gets touched. He brings me so much clarity. On some occasions, it has virtually changed my life. Even after so many years, his message always opens up new horizons for me and brings things into perspective. He is a great teacher, truly patient, and very humorous.

Before I learned about Knowledge, my philosophy was that life was short, and I wanted to take advantage of all that I could while I was still on this earth. When I first began the process of discovering the experience of Knowledge, I remember very clearly having the feeling that I was doing something important—for myself alone. Now, 22 years later, this experience still gives me a joy that feels fresh.

I experience the benefits of Knowledge every day—including the freedom to make my own choices. It is this freedom that allows me to be grateful, and genuine gratitude feels so good. For me, Knowledge requires honesty and sincerity. It is not always easy, but it is worth making the effort to make a commitment towards myself. In these times of uncertainty all around the world, I am extremely grateful to experience some certainty inside; I have been shown a safe harbor.

Through thick and thin, having the guidance of a friend like Prem Rawat has been extremely precious. I thank him so much. He is a very special person to me. He is more than a friend; his commitment to be there for me has never failed. His perspective and sense of humor are incomparable, and his kindness touches my heart.
