I lost my claim tag in a store where i buy my things that i want to used its just that happen that i could not find my claim tag #144 where i suppose to give to the person assigned for the baggages but unfortunately i lost it. I try to communicate to the manager but she want me to pay for the claim tag worth 50 pesos but i don't have enough money to pay for that claim tag. All i want to ask is that is it necessary to pay for that claim tag while forcing me just to pay it?Do i have any right to complain?
